Twitter is weird
Sep/090
I’m not the biggest twitter-guy in the world. It seems like such a fad, but I use it because it’s popular to promote my websites MLBTips and Miller Park Drunk. From time to time I forget about them and then I log back in to find some messages. This is always weird to me. Some of them are just robots and marketers. The rest? Crazy people. I logged in today with my MLB Tips account and found this message.
LGBT_Activist @MLBTips – Please RT – SF Giants game opens tomorrow with Drag Queen singing the National Anthem – bit.ly/1scEND
Now, let’s just ignore the bad twitter etiquette of saying “Please retweet something”. Why would a user who specializes in MLB gambling tips give a crap about the LGBT movement? And if I did give a crap about said movement, why would I want to promote a drag queen singing the National Anthem? (In San Francsico, shocking.)
Look, I don’t have a big problem with gay people. If you want to bang eachother, go right ahead. Just don’t try to bang me. Drag queens on the other hand, you are making me uncomfortable with your deep voices and your low cut dresses. Straight dudes don’t find you hot, but again just don’t try to bang me. You want to be a chick? BE A CHICK. Save your money from your highly successful nails/hair business and get a fucking sex change. It’s not that hard. Then you can wear all the D&G dresses you want. Until then, wear some frickin’ khakis.
But yeah, a baseball gambling website doesn’t give a crap either way. It just wants you to gamble on baseball using our affiliate link.
