I love PTI. It’s probably the only sports show besides SportsCenter that I will watch. Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon discuss things in a way that doesn’t feel dumbed down like listening to Colin Cowherd does. I get most of my sports conversation from the internet because the internet is a lot smarter. What can I say, I’m a Deadspin guy.

Anyways, I don’t always agree with what they talk about on PTI or the opinions they have, but I always enjoy the conversation. Recently though I was watching an episode and Tony Kornheiser said something along the lines of “Kerry Collins MVP Candidate”. Normally a QB on an undefeated team should be considered for MVP status even if he is Kerry Collins, but not this year. No, no quarterback who cavorts with Billy Ray Cyrus and writes country songs with titles eleven words long should be in the discussion. Not now, not ever. I’m sorry Tony, but I just have to put my foot down.
